About Faith Man is made up of faith, what can a person not accomplish by faith? He can do everything… all of life’s obstacles overcome through faith. Through faith man finds the door of liberation and reaches the state of enlightenment.


Faith, an NGO founded in 9th of May 2005, was established in the meaning of the dream that Smriti Singh had in her life. It was her aim to work with children suffering on several diseases and thereby help the society. Give the children the normal life they deserve and live it to the fullest!

The logo of Faith represents a deeper meaning. First of all we see the resemblance to the ‘red ribbon’ for HIV. Futhermore the form also looks like a fish and that is because fish is a symbol for faith. The logo is consisting two intersecting arcs were the endings of the right side extending beyond the meeting point. With Faith we want to do everything in our power to help the children living with HIV and give them access to a full life.

Faith is based in Jaipur and its sole saying is to bring a ray of hope among the lives of Children Living with HIV/AIDS by providing Care & Support.

The motto we follow with all are heart is “Our aim s hould be service, not success!”


Care Home „Aalingan“

„Aalingan“ began with two children and one care-taker on the 21th of September 2006. At this very moment 28 children are been taken care of with 6 fulltime care-takers. Supported by commited volunteers that include a doctor and Others.. These children are thriving in a way that no one could have imagined when the first child walked through the door.

HIV/Aids stays a difficult topic and that is the same for people living with this disease. The society spends lots of money on prevention, but disregard the HIV+ people. Through the present of this disease numerous of children are single or double orphans. Those children living with HIV/AIDS did not ask for this to happen, however institutions reject to take care of children with HIV. We , people of Faith, do not want to take this direction. Every child at any age living with the virus will be admitted in ‘Aalingan’. Our children are between 3 to 16 years and they are all attending regular schools and stand out in their studies. We offer them regulare, well-balanced meals, proper care and timely treatment, thereby enhancing their confidence. All children have the same right to develop their potential and this in all situations, all of the time, everywhere!
